Coaching for people who are ready to be better at work and in life. A proven trail, a coach in your corner, and a view worth the climb.
Not stuck? Good. Most climbers just want to be better.
Why coaching
Most people who hire a coach aren’t lost. They’re doing fine and want to be better, and they’re ready to do the work to get there.
Most managers are figuring it out on their own. They’re good people without the bandwidth to pour into everyone around them. A coach is the mentor you’ve been looking for.
You can’t be great at one and empty in the other. Climb looks at the whole range, so the progress you make at work lasts at home too.
My story
Most coachable. At baseball camp as a kid, I was named the most coachable player. That award meant more to me than any stat. I listened, I worked and I got better, fast enough that they moved me off the Little League field and onto the big field. Being coachable is a skill, and it pays off.
Looking for a guide. Through my career I kept looking for mentors and leaders who would pour into me. Most were figuring it out for themselves, by themselves. Good people, just without the bandwidth to lift up those around them.
Leadership is helping. So I decided to be the leader I was looking for. If something was missing for me, I wanted to make sure the people around me didn’t miss it too.
A system, not a personality. Climb is the right questions, the right focus and the right tools, so you get better whether you work with me or another Climb coach.
Work hard and be nice to people.

How a climb works
01
Three lines in your words. Grounded: what matters most. Target: what you’re climbing toward. Trail: how you’ll know you’re on it.
02
Every session starts the same way: look through your lens. How’s the view? Above the tree line or lost in the woods?
03
Small steps. Steady systems. Scenic stops. The habits you take with you long after Summit.
04
On summit day you read your press conference out loud, as if you’ve already made it. Then you read it every morning and every night.
05
One month later, we check how you’re tracking against what you said from the top.
